Required Skills and Experience: -3 years of development experience with VB and/or C#.NET -3 years of SQL Server/Relational database development -Understanding and use of software and analytics to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data -Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day-to-day work -Critical thinking and problem solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions -Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions -Effective at performing detail oriented tasks, and data analysis -Able to identify, manage, and lead business improvement projects -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels -Strong facilitation and negotiation skills -Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others Preferred Skills and Experience: -SalesForce.Com development/integration experience -IOS Development experience

The selected candidate will perform the following duties: -Create compelling visual solutions to meet the communication needs of the company while working closely with the Marketing Team and Communications team -Ensure a consistent brand standard on the web and helping to develop creative solutions for future web enhancements -Maintain overall look and feel of the website and direct web design to support mission and marketing strategy -Use design expertise, technical skill, and web design technologies in designing company branded web materials -Design and construct web site and mobile applications pages including graphic user interface features and other techniques -Maintain current knowledge of web design technologies with a basic knowledge of related internet programming and multimedia technologies, including familiarity with content creation software such as Flash, HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript -Develop internal IT applications based on mobile or web platforms -Coordinate with other internal IT teams for systems integration and compliance with financial controls (SOX), development standards and company best practices Please contact Ann Angerer at 614-434-0056 or email resume to aangerer@unicon-intl.com.
