Dynamic, established interactive design and technology company is seeking an energetic and ambitious client support representative to sell and support web development and web marketing solutions to new and existing clients while building long-term business relationships.
Position:
Web Development Client Support Analyst/Technician (part-time and full-time available)
Overview:
The Client Support Analyst is responsible for fulfilling the daily demands of a fast-paced web services business while processing incoming inquires and communications via email, live chat, IM, online tickets and phone. Professionalism and attention to detail is crucial.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly process and respond to new and existing client inquiries
- Prepare estimates, project proposals, and other required documentation
- Increase sales by cross-selling company services in a consultative manner only
- Maintain set conversion rate on project proposals
- Consult with clients regarding functionality requirements for proposed and existing projects
- Manage client expectations accordingly
- Collaborate closely with clients and effectively communicate project requirements to developers
- Manage full project life-cycle (commencement to completion)
- Provide clients with periodic project status updates during project life cycle
- Develop solid business relationships and cultivate clients for future business
