  • Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.) – no programming required
  • Sound familiarity with multiple web browsers (IE7+, FF, Chrome, Safari, and Mobile platforms)
  • Familiarity of various CMS and E-commerce platforms (Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, or similar)
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO techniques with preferred knowledge of PPC management
  • Experience using office suites such as MS Office, Google Docs, OpenOffice and associated utilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer service experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Exhibit professionalism in all areas of communication with clients and co-workers
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment

Description

Dynamic, established interactive design and technology company is seeking an energetic and ambitious client support representative to sell and support web development and web marketing solutions to new and existing clients while building long-term business relationships.

The Client Support Analyst is responsible for fulfilling the daily demands of a fast-paced web services business while processing incoming inquires and communications via email, live chat, IM, online tickets and phone. Professionalism and attention to detail is crucial.

Part-time and full-time available.
