BA Degree or equivalent experience

Websphere Network Deployment 7.0 administration skills including but not limited to:
• experience deploying and configuring java applications using the Websphere administration console and scripted installs.
• basic WebSphere security concepts
• basic Web application architecture and deployments
• basic clustering and failover techniques
• troubleshooting and problem determination skills
• basic Windows server 2008 knowledge
Any knowledge of Websphere Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or Websphere Service Registry and Repository (WSRR) is a plus.
