 Responsibilities: 

• Direct and maintain the software design, user interface, testing and debugging of patient safety solutions using Windows® Mobile barcode scanning devices.

• Provide leadership with sustainable best practices for product documentation and user manuals. 

• Administer escalated customer support for the life of the product. 

• Collaborate with staff and clients to evaluate hardware and software products. 

• Deliver recommendations for client solutions and the development of new functionalities.

• Demonstrate meticulous follow-up skills with excellent external and internal customer care and communication skills.

Position Requirements

•  C#, .NET,  ASP/ASPX, JavaScript, (AJAX experience a plus)

•  Windows, Windows Mobile platform and Visual Studio.

•  MySQL(Windows) , SQL Server CE (Windows Mobile)

•  TCP/IP wired and wireless networking

• .NET DevExpress Reports, Microsoft ActiveSync and Windows Mobile   DeviceManager, SDLC, Dot Project, Subversion, VMWare, HL7 and familiarity with Windows network programming are all pluses.

• Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus.
