Yell Acquires Znode, Provider of eCommerce Software for Web and Mobile Stores

Yell Group plc announced this week the agreed acquisition of Znode, a privately owned, fast-growing pioneer and industry leader in multi-store e-commerce.  Znode’s platform enables businesses to significantly expand their online footprint using innovative multi-store and online franchising strategies.  Znode supports customers across a broad range of industries from technology hardware manufacturing to online payment processing.  Znode will be incorporated into Yell Group as part of its new consumer division, Yell Connect. 

Znode, one of America’s fastest growing e-commerce ventures, was funded by TechColumbus, the Co-Investment Fund, Ohio TechAngel Fund II and North Coast Angel Fund II.  The company was also the recipient of financing through the Innovation Ohio Loan Fund (IOLF), a program created to assist Ohio companies develop next-generation products and services.
